New confirmed and probable cases of coronavirus in Texas in the last two weeks

The Texas Tribune is measuring the rate of cases in each county in the last two weeks to show where numbers are increasing in the state. Counties with fewer residents are more prone to large numbers because a handful of new cases can dramatically increase case rates.

Editor’s note: Sparsely populated Loving County has reported several new cases in the last two weeks, making its rate much higher than other counties. We have hidden its rate on the map to show trends elsewhere.
