This chart shows the percentage of Texans who have been vaccinated by race and ethnicity. Everyone six months and older is eligible for the vaccine in Texas.
Note: As of Aug. 22, the Texas Department of State Health Services reported 21.5% of fully vaccinated residents and 24.6% of residents with a booster shot as "Other" or "Unknown" for their race and ethnicity. The number of fully vaccinated Texans decreased slightly on Dec. 14, 2021 because of a data processing error from DSHS.
