Most Texas voters do not participate in primary elections
These turnout numbers do not include the thousands of mail-in ballots that have been flagged for possible rejection because they don’t comply with a new voting law. Voters have until six days after the election on March 1 to correct their ballot.
Note: Percentages may not equal 100% due to rounding. Turnout is calculated with the number of voters in the governor’s and president’s races.
