As of April 9, Texas reports at least 10,230 coronavirus cases

The Texas Department of State Health Services is tracking COVID-19 cases in Texas by county. The numbers are reported by local health officials and may not represent all cases of the disease given limited testing capacity.

State data released April 9 shows that as of 8 p.m. April 8, there were at least 10,230 coronavirus cases in Texas. There were 199 reported deaths and 1,439 patients are known to be hospitalized. At least 106,134 tests have been run.
